Happy Thanksgiving to all my US readers!

I’ve got a lot to be thankful for this year. There’s the release of the final book in the Heroes of Avoch trilogy. Honestly, I’m immensely proud of the story and am in awe that Creative James Media has done so much to help get it out into the world. The faith they’ve shown for the series, the support they’ve given me as the author, has been amazing.

I was able to do some signings… and went to a con! My books were well received at Geek Girl Con earlier this month. Nom-nom, the table mascot, garnered many pats on the head and made a new friend!

On a personal note, I’ve had some big ups and downs since I last posted. I had a breast cancer scare recently (get your exam every year!) and had to get a biopsy. The results were negative, thankfully! And, as normal for many of the world, I’ve been dealing with my own share of mental health things. Trying to balance a full time job, family things, writing, and general life stresses while learning better ways to cope with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Some days are far better than others.

I’d like to say I’ll post more regularly, but I’m unable to commit to that. I’d rather focus on new stories, relaxing, and being happy over self-imposed deadlines.
