It’s gaming day in the house, and there’s a high likelihood that a new D&D story or two will be posted between now and Monday.

I took a hard look at the first book I wrote recently. Honestly, I’m not sure how it found a publisher! Or what the editor I had was thinking! Not that the story itself is bad. It’s a good one, and one that’s dear to me. Rather, it’s the way I wrote it out.

I’ve grown as an author over the last twelve years. I know more about closing plot holes, introducing back story, and character development. I’m better at keeping surprise reveals to the right time and not giving them away too early.

So, I’m rewriting the entire trilogy from the start to the finish. It’s going to take a lot of time. I’m going to have late nights and early mornings as I fit time in between work and life. But I’ll get it done.

Because, damn it, it’s a good story. I just have to tell it better.
